The final day in the Big Apple. Every time this day I comes, I truly think that I should live in NYC. I am always super emotional and try my very best to avoid packing and look for an excuse to not fly back. This is also the day I wear my favorite, and most comfortable look. I took the day to explore, relax, and gather each of my thoughts. Nonetheless, I still had to look my best and make yet another lasting impression.
Today I kept it classic. I wore the combination that you can never go wrong with with (if you do it correctly). The shirt was thrifted from Goodwill and if you haven’t guessed, I grabbed it the day before my trip like a good bit of other items from my previous days in the city. The gold buttons add something extra and for that reason, there was no reason to overdo it. These shorts are from Forever 21 and they have been to NYC with me every trip and I actually bought them from the one on Times Square. They just go with everything so well. I kept with the classic look but added some modern edge with a lace up sandal from Lola Shoetique and added my custom, handmade, fur clutch from The Diva Exchange for contrast. Classic, simple, and effective for my last day as a New Yorker.
So after five days of curl popping, heavenly breezes, and unforgettable fashion shows with unforgettable people, my time had come to an end once again. Until next time NYC!
